1. How do I secure my date?

We can only secure  a date for an event with a signed contract and 50% deposit, which is due at signing.

2. Do you hold dates?

We will only hold dates if a deposit is made.

3. What other amenities are included with rental? 

We offer bridal rooms, catering kitchens, parking, and other amenities.

4. How long can I rent the room for a wedding?

We realize how stressful a wedding can be, so we often allow you to setup the morning of your event and not require to be out until the day after or following day depending on availability.

5. Do you allow outside caterers? 

Yes, we will allow you to bring in any caterer that your prefer, as long as they are properly licensed and insured.

6. Do you coordinate events?

We do not coordinate weddings, but can refer you to many exceptional wedding planners in the area.

7. Can I rent the trains?

Yes, the Business Car and Club Car are available to rent.

8.Do you provide discounts? 

Yes, sometimes we provide discounts depending on the specific details of your event.

9. Do you provide parking? 

Yes, we have over 130 parking spaces available as part of your event rental.
